What can I expect once I place my order?

On this site you will select the qty of cards, number of layouts you require, number of imports required, and even attach images.

Once the order has been submitted, you will receive an email from our helpdesk to facilitate sending us any additional inputs or facilitating any questions that need to be answered. We will also send any proofs back to you on this ticket for approval. 

Please watch for these emails and act quickly to keep the production process moving.

How long does it take to produce my cards?

The whole process takes about 3 weeks from the time a proof is submitted to receiving your card shipment. Production time can vary based on volume, so please plan ahead and submit orders 4 weeks in advance of the required delivery date to avoid any delays.

What is included in a Design Layout?

A design layout includes taking your artwork and fitting it into a template suitable to produce a proof of your card and once approved move it quickly into production. Our team can make minor edits to help fit 

Additional charges will apply if our team needs to create artwork or make significant changes to the artwork provided to produce a proof.

Are PIN codes included on every card?

Yes. The are strongly encouraged. Adding PINs to cards that can be used online and on kiosk ordering greatly reduces the changes of theft. Without PINs, fraudsters can guess and test card number more easily until the find one with a balance and then use it to pay for an order.

Can cards contain barcodes or QR codes?

Yes. You may request code 128 barcodes or QR codes on our cards at no extra cost. The codes can be scanned on our kisoks or at the POS instead of swiping cards through the mag reader.
